Step 1 – Take Action

The first step to getting fit is to take action. Any action towards your goal will provide benefits.

Step 2 – Be Consistent

There will be days when you will want to throw in the towel. Don't! Be consistent and it will get easier.

Step 3 – Challenge Yourself

If it starts to get to easy then you are not challenging yourself. Push towards your goal and then challenge yourself to surpass that goal.
